서울에서: 안영하세요!
Greetings from Seoul!
Hello! I’m Dana, a computer science student at Washington University in St. Louis who is studying abroad at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. Or, in other words:
안영하세요! 저는 워싱턴 대학교에서 컴퓨터 과학을 공부하는 학생 대나 입니다. 서울의 연세 대학교에서 공부하고 있습니다.
This is my travel blog, in which I’ll be sharing stories, pictures, and bad Korean/English puns from my semester abroad. It should be pretty entertaining and hopefully you’ll learn a little something about Korea as well.
Also, credits go to my sister Michaela for the blog name. In case you were confused, soju is a Korean alcoholic beverage. It’s ‘pun’ny, no?
I am never short of stories so be sure to come back and check for updates. See you again soon!
***Disclaimer*** I make no claim of being an expert on Korean language, people, culture, history, fashion sense, etc. Any observations or opinions I post are just that: observations and opinions. Also, I apologize in advance for any Korean misspellings or grammar goofs.
It is ‘Pun’ny! Looking forward to hearing about your adventures!
I’m so excited for you! Have many adventures and do something unusual/ridiculous/different at least once every week….
